YY Tsang

YY Tsang is Managing Director of Data Management Business Insight. YY began his IT profession in 1986 managing IBM mainframes before moving to Asia to work in business automation, client management and solution consulting to multi-national and government clients. Industry sectors managed include mobile operators, banking and finance, manufacturing, utilities and library. YY brings together a strong business operations background with technical skills in Diver to offer customers meaningful business insight to boost business performance.
Since joining the Diver BI Group YY has developed specialist skills in designing and delivering BI applications for mobile technologies including iPad and other tablet computers.
Steve Whiston

Product and Solutions Director
Steve has been designing award-winning software solutions for leading companies in the travel trade sector for nearly twenty years. Working with travel agents, tour operators and business/corporate customers, he has delivered a variety of desktop, web and mobile solutions. Steve is currently working with customers in the UK, Ireland, mainland Europe, Australia and the US.
Olof van den Berg

Olof van den Berg is Dimensional Insight Netherlands’ Practice Area Leader for Youth Healthcare. He is driven by a mindset that always seeks for solutions that reduce complexity, improve performance and enhance insight and clarity of information. While doing so he aims to create products that can be used for an industry-wide implementation, combining the knowledge he has gathered working for different healthcare organizations, making it easier for them to improve where others have provided a stepping stone towards achieving their goals.
Steve Gillman

Steve is founder and MD of Manitex. He assumes a lead role in many of Manitex’s projects, and is heavily involved in Sales, Account Management, Client Satisfaction and Quality Assurance. His long experience and background as a computer programmer in various IT companies before positions as Systems Analyst, Technical Director & Client Services Director in a Multi-National Health Informatics company allowed him to develop skills and insights in both technical and commercial roles. He brings these skills together as the inspiration behind Manitex today.
Lorenzo Lumanlan

Lorenzo joined DBI in August 2019 as a graduate from Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology, where he studied Computing and Digital Media. He works on a variety of Diver projects, mainly developing applications and supporting our SaaS customer base, as well as being involved in upgrade/migration projects and more technical customer service applications.
Paul Fraley

Paul Fraley is the General Manager of Dimensional Insight Asia and is involved in areas of Knowledge Management, business development and applied Business Intelligence. He is working with Partners and companies to create and manage knowledge to deliver secure and reliable business intelligence solutions and drive successful and growing business in Asia.
Paul has created and delivered Knowledge Management Workshops for companies such as Pfizer and Pearson Longman to identify key business issues / problems and growth initiatives and flesh out the impact and urgency of outcomes. Then applying knowledge Quadrant analysis to identify opportunities and road-blocks and determine where the data is and craft an action plan to access and analyze the data and create insights and actions to address the issue(s).
As a Principal consultant he is responsible for enterprise solutions and superior business. He developed Industry Sales Plans for key Industries such as Banking, Finance, Retail, Healthcare and Supply Chain.
Paul has over twenty years experience as a senior executive, in technology, marketing, sales, business development and consultant roles in the telecommunications and Information Technology areas, creating strategies and actions for profitable growth and business governance. He has worked in Hong Kong for 12 years and has extensive local and international experience working with both public and private sector organizations. He held senior business development and operations positions’ providing information technology and business intelligence and Systems Integration solutions to enterprise companies located in Asia, US, Canada and Europe, in particular Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. He has work extensively in mainland China dating back to the 1990’s. During this period he worked with Chinese business and government people. One outstanding highlight was arranging and facilitating a telecommunications industry signing ceremony in Tiananmen Square with a Minister from China and a Minister from Australia, a very difficult feat. He worked in China doing successful business in many provinces, and training Chinese people of various professional qualifications on digital technology based solutions.
Paul created the Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence in eHealth course at HKU SPACE as well as teaching the London University “Foundation of E-Business” Course.
Academic qualifications gained from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) include Bachelor of Engineering (Honors), a Master of Engineering (Control), a Master of Businesses (International Marketing), a Master of Business (Electronic Business Management) and a Master of Business Administration, and from the University of Sydney, a Masters of Arts (Applied Mathematics).
Donal O’Malley

Donal joined Dynamic Business Informatics with a mathematical background.
His strong mathematical and computational skills enable him to work on complex development projects to provide tailor-made solutions according to customer requirements. Donal works on the implementation of Diver applications across a wide variety of market sectors.
Luc Van Wijngaarden

Luc has been working in the public transport industry for more than a decade and was one of the founders of Zight, a company that supports the transit industry in benefiting from the value of their data. Zight designs, delivers and maintains reporting and data solutions, which operators use to improve profit, performance and customer satisfaction. Zight has grown into an international market leader, offering BI solutions, training and consultancy to clients like Arriva/ DB, Veolia Transdev, Qbuzz/ Abellio, RET Rotterdam, RTA Dubai, Dutch Railways, transit authorities and many more.
Debbie Lonsdale

Debbie works on business analysis and development of new Diver applications, as well as supporting Diver users in a number of organisations. Her experience includes computer programming, analytical & technical roles, team management, account management, plus sales & marketing in a variety of market sectors, including the Travel Industry & Distribution. Olatz Iturbe

Olatz is a bi-lingual Diver trainer (Spanish and English) who has trained many of the Diver BI group clients. Her special expertise is in reporting techniques and solving complex reporting problems using Diver. She also works extensively in the Diver user interface and in user security management; also in setting up web versions of Diver applications.
Jan-Willem Arentshorst

Jan-Willem has a degree in Business Mathematics and a huge interest in finding practical ways to apply mathematics and statistics in Diver applications. Always at the cutting edge of new statistical technologies, he has developed extensions for DI Production using bespoke packaged nodes of parameterised R code, which add tremendous statistical and forecasting functionality to the Diver suite.
John Spillane

John Spillane has built up enormous technical expertise in Diver since 1994 when he was IT development manager in Dairygold Foods, implementing Diver across diverse systems totaling 600 diver users at peak. He has since designed and developed many Diver applications using BI techniques that make substantial operational savings for his clients across Europe and the globe. He has also served on a Dimensional Insight steering committee which helps shape the direction and functionality of the product into the future.
