Diver BI Group does not share your personal information with any third party outside of the members of the Diver BI Group who we may share it with as necessary for support and demo purposes. Collection and use of Personal Information
Diver BI Group, as data controller, will keep the information you provide about yourself confidential. The quantity of information that is collected and that personally identifies you is only used by Diver BI Group and its product providers to provide Diver products and services and to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements.
We collect personal information such as your name, email address and telephone number when you complete our online forms requesting further information about our products. We do this so that we can respond to your requests with your consent obtained through the online forms.
We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

We also keep your contact information if you are a contracted customer of Diver BI Group (or any of its members) in order to send you information about product upgrades, licenses; training and user group conferences. Under support and maintenance contracts for Diver software we keep personal data such as email addresses and telephone numbers in order to provide you with an adequate support service in the event of software issues. We keep this data also in order to process our accounts and billing in relation to these contracts.
Retention Period for Controlled Data
The retention period for us holding the personal data is determined by the contract between the Diver BI Group and its clients. Whilst under contract the contact information is held to fulfil its obligations for provision of products services and accountancy of those products and services. If the data is obtained via web consent for marketing information it is kept on a mailing list where the subject can at any time ask to be removed by clicking an opt-out on receipt of an email. You can also withdraw consent for marketing use of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Data Processor Privacy Policy
Any personal data provided to us as data processors by clients or by prospective clients to carry out data processing is covered under strict non-disclosure agreements and/or contracts. As data processors of our clients’ data the responsibilities of the data controller relating to consent obtained for the holding of that data lies with the client or prospective client.
Any data that we process on behalf of our clients on their own servers or hardware is controlled by them.
If the data is held on a Diver BI Group server or other Diver BI Group hardware for the purpose of a demonstration of the Diver software, if the prospective client does not convert into a contracted client within an elapsed period of 6 months then any data will be deleted from the said server or hardware unless the said prospective client gives explicit permission to continue to hold that data for continuance of the sales process.
How is your information secured and protected?
We have technologies and procedures in place to protect your personal information once it resides with us. Emails you send us are not necessarily secure when they are transmitted to us. If your communication is sensitive or contains highly confidential information we suggest you encrypt these before sending and provide us with a password by separate communication.
