I have been a previous Diver user and was relieved to introduce it to my new employer: a positive decision was quickly given and Diver was installed. The spanning of so many time zones and areas with multiple currencies proved to be extremely challenging for our reporting needs. We considered implementing a new ERP to achieve this goal but it would have taken too long. We needed the information now, not in a couple of years’ time. We installed Diver in September 2012, after shortlisting several BI products. We were initially looking for a solution that could deliver sales information to over 100 sales representatives, and be accessible to them whilst they were on the road, either by iPad or laptop. Whilst there were a number of options that seemed to offer what we were looking for, we chose the Diver Solution for several reasons.
The application designed by their consultant for us – even at the pre-sales demo stage – was so attuned to our business needs and allowed us to rapidly identify where we should be focusing our sales efforts. It was also ideally suited to guide us through our weekly sales meetings to pinpoint performance issues. Each sales person can see immediately where sales might be slipping and act upon it before it becomes an issue.
Our helpdesk also uses the application to give sales support and improve customer service. We could immediately see its potential for expanding BI into other areas of our business and we are currently looking to add further elements to our core application. Having the ability to create new insights without redesigning or affecting our ERP system makes the implementation of new business rules into our processes so painless.

We have been using ProDiver as our main sales / margin analysis tool for a number of years now. We have a large number of products which we sell to a wide ranging customer base. As a distribution company marginal analysis is vital to our business. ProDiver facilitates such analysis easily and allows us to incorporate customer rebates and discounts to produce net margin analysis.
Standard reports help us track sales and margin on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. All our users can easily produce ad hoc reports on specific products or product groups as required. These reports can be viewed in ProDiver or exported to excel for further analysis. We also use the application to analyse EPOS data which we receive from retailers. A weekly EPOS file is just dropped into a folder and the resulting model allows us to analysis sales peaks and troughs.
We have recently installed INTACT software as our main business application. The DBI support team handled this changeover seamlessly with minimal disruption to our sales reporting. The support team have a good understanding of our business and provide solutions to our requested speedily and efficiently.
ProDiver is integral part of our business and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone who feels they need further analysis of their business data.

Diver has been in Keeling’s for about 7 years, it was initially used to combine information across the many different companies within the group to allow comparisons & benchmarking, however the Diver solution has become much more for us within the Fresh company over the past two years.
Using Prodiver and Diveport we have created a suite of reports delivering daily and weekly business intelligence, relevant to specific segments and categories. It has been the vehicle for Keeling’s to combine data from multiple applications and deliver it those who require it to make decisions, without a large amount of overhead on reporting personnel.
Year on Year, V’s Budget, Stock Days, QSL’s, DSL’s, Operational Efficiencies are presented on an easy to use platform. Automatic emailing of key reports has been a very welcome feature. This is a testament to DBI’s goal for continuous development, an area showcased at their annual conference for Users.

Corium is a healthcare sales/ marketing company and we have used DIVER with support from DBI since 2007. Research has indicated that accessing data from many sources, understanding and acting on it is a major challenge for companies. We have DIVER linked to our SAGE accounting package and our proprietary Patient Management System (PMS). The PMS records and manages circa. 26,000 patient prescriptions and DIVER enables us to analyse our data from every imaginable angle. I inherited the Diver Solution upon joining ADM Londis plc, having worked in IT Development previously I was familiar with a wide range of BI Applications and developer environments.
The Diver Solution does not relegate ease of use and functionality to the User Interface, it carries this right through to the Development Environment. Anyone experienced in BI, Databases or Report Writing will quickly find Diver a powerful addition to their portfolio, we have developed significant in-house expertise but equally have DBI to fall back on should we encounter any problems or need some expert advice.

As a company who supplies a large number of products across different categories to a wide customer base we require an analysis tool that allows us to quickly analyse our sales data.
Diver allows us to do this in an accurate, timely and user friendly way. With a click of a button we can analyse the data using various key labels from customer, product, brand, sales representative, sales area, year, month, week etc.

Diver is a product which I have great pleasure in recommending, I have nothing but praise for the DBI team. In our deployment we take data feeds from Navision every day (3 to 4 times a day for KPIs) so we have up to the minute data on our sales.
From a data integration point of view it is simple enough for non-technical marketing, purchasing and sales people to data mine after some initial training – it does not require understanding of SQL language to get good information out of the system.
I installed and developed Diver at Rajapack with the help of DBI, but I quickly became proficient enough to carry out training myself so as to bring other users up to speed and allow them to start developing their own more complex reports. It needs a commitment from the business to put the effort in, in the first place, but now everyone can see what a powerful tool it is and how much time it can save in producing reports or ad hoc analysis. Everyone is using Diver to improve our business analysis and drive the business every day.
Diver puts the analysis and reporting in the hands of the end user and as such is not limited to the suite of reports or development requirements of an operating system; it means that the business is not reliant on the IT department to develop analysis and reporting that may take many weeks to implement.
After seeing how beneficial it is for our UK operation, Italy & Germany have also adopted it. It was easy to share reporting that we had already developed in the UK and this speeded up the implementation and took advantage of the investment we had already made in Diver.

From a development perspective the data integration and model building is very straight forward, we take nightly feeds from over 20 sources.
